Shipping Policy

Effective Date: 01/02/2026 At House of Vidhulika, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Locations

We currently accept domestic shipments within India only. International shipping is not available at this time. Orders placed outside our supported shipping locations will not be processed.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays. Processing time may be extended during sales, festive seasons, or high-order-volume periods.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are fixed as follows: Within Kerala: ₹80 Outside Kerala: ₹120

Applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Time

Domestic orders: 4–7 business days after dispatch Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner, and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by: Courier service disruptions Natural disasters Government regulations Other unavoidable logistical issues

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges, if applicable, must be borne by the customer.

Incorrect Address or Contact Information Customers are requested to ensure the following details are accurate at checkout: Shipping address Mobile number PIN / ZIP code

We are not responsible for delivery delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

Damaged or Missing Packages If your order arrives damaged or appears tampered with: Do not accept the package if it is visibly damaged Record a clear unboxing video showing the issue Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery Claims raised without sufficient proof may not be accepted. Customs, Duties & Taxes International shipping is currently unavailable. If international shipping is enabled in the future, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
